What we collect

• Contact & order information: email and any phone number you choose to provide. Delivery details (name and address) are entered with our payment provider Kustom in the next step.
• Reviews & comments: name, rating, text and any photos you choose to submit.
• Waitlist & newsletter: email address.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, and data from cookies and similar technologies.

Storage in your browser

To give you a smoother experience we store some information locally in your browser (localStorage), such as the contents of your cart and the email and any phone number you choose to enter at checkout. This data stays in your browser until you clear it or complete your order, and is used to create your order with our payment provider Kustom.

Why we process your data

• To fulfil orders (contract).
• To respond to inquiries and provide support (legitimate interest).
• To send newsletters when you've opted in (consent).
• To comply with accounting and consumer law (legal obligation).

How long we keep data

Order data is kept for up to 7 years as required by Swedish accounting law. Marketing consents are kept until you withdraw them. Technical cookies expire as described in our cookie policy.

We share data with trusted processors: Kustom (payment and checkout), shipping carriers (delivery), and providers for email and hosting. All are bound by data processing agreements. We never sell your data.
