OUR JOURNEY:
VIETNAMESE COFFEE TO SWEDEN
A love letter to Vietnam, written in coffee.

VIETNAM IS EXTRAORDINARY.
The misty highlands of Buôn Ma Thuột. Bustling street corners where cà phê sữa đá flows like water. A food culture that turns every meal into an experience.
Vietnam is the world's second-largest coffee producer, yet most of it gets lost in mass-market blends. We're here to change that, to show you what Vietnamese coffee can really be.

"THE BEST COFFEE COMES FROM PASSION."
ROBUSTA VS ARABICA
VIETNAMESE COFFEE
Vietnamese coffee is made from Robusta beans, a bold, intense variety that thrives in Vietnam's highlands. It's what gives Vietnamese coffee its signature punch.
Brewed slowly through a phin filter, the coffee drips directly into your cup, extracting maximum flavor and creating a thick, almost syrupy texture.
SWEDISH COFFEE
Most coffee in Sweden (and Europe) is made from Arabica beans, known for their mild, acidic, and fruity notes.
Typically brewed quickly through drip machines or espresso, Arabica produces a lighter, more delicate cup. Great for fika, but a different experience entirely.
Not better or worse, just different. Vietnamese coffee is for when you want something bold, rich, and unapologetically strong.

CONTINUING A LEGACY.
Our parents, Dennis Tran and Linh Ly, brought their love of Vietnamese flavors to Sweden when they opened Restaurang TRAN in Borås. For years, guests have asked about the coffee.
Now we're continuing their legacy, one cup at a time. We traveled back to Vietnam to source the best beans, learn from the masters, and bring real Vietnamese coffee to Scandinavia.
No shortcuts. No imitations. Just the good stuff.
