Our parents, Dennis Tran and Linh Ly, came to Sweden more than 30 years ago to start a new life. They brought with them the flavors, traditions, and way of cooking they grew up with in Vietnam.
Years later they opened Restaurang TRAN in Borås. For them, food has always been about family, patience, and doing things properly.
TRAN Coffee Lab was created as a tribute to them.
We traveled back to Vietnam to source the best beans, learn from the masters, and bring real Vietnamese coffee to Scandinavia. No shortcuts. No imitations. Just the real thing.
