A Vietnamese espresso martini swaps the usual espresso for a freshly brewed shot of phin robusta, then shakes it hard with vodka, coffee liqueur and a touch of condensed milk. The result is darker, sweeter and more chocolatey than the classic version.

- 30ml freshly brewed Vietnamese coffee (cooled)
- 45ml vodka
- 15ml coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)
- 15ml condensed milk
- Ice cubes
- Coffee beans for garnish
HOW TO MAKE IT
- 1Brew Vietnamese coffee using the phin and let it cool completely.
- 2Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 3Add vodka, coffee liqueur, cooled coffee, and condensed milk.
- 4Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- 5Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- 6Garnish with 3 coffee beans on top.
- 7Serve immediately and enjoy!
