    A Vietnamese espresso martini swaps the usual espresso for a freshly brewed shot of phin robusta, then shakes it hard with vodka, coffee liqueur and a touch of condensed milk. The result is darker, sweeter and more chocolatey than the classic version.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 30ml freshly brewed Vietnamese coffee (cooled)
    • 45ml vodka
    • 15ml coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)
    • 15ml condensed milk
    • Ice cubes
    • Coffee beans for garnish

    HOW TO MAKE IT

    1. 1Brew Vietnamese coffee using the phin and let it cool completely.
    2. 2Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
    3. 3Add vodka, coffee liqueur, cooled coffee, and condensed milk.
    4. 4Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
    5. 5Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
    6. 6Garnish with 3 coffee beans on top.
    7. 7Serve immediately and enjoy!
